**Call to Order**

**Roll Call and Recognition of Quorum** 

– All members were present except for Sno.

**Acceptance of Last Meeting Minutes** 

– Doug motioned to accept the minutes, and Michelle seconded the motion.

**Treasurer’s Report** 

– We currently have $26777.76 in the bank, and the Firemaster bill is $26800. Mark will contact Firemaster to see if we can pay half of the bill until we receive the rest of our funds. 

– Doug also noted that we need to pay $354 for the accident policy. Michelle motioned to pay this amount for insurance, and Mark seconded the motion. All members were in favor. 

– Mark will follow up with Firemaster.

**Fire Chief’s Report** 

– There was one flu fire incident reported. 

– The county received a grant for some radios, and we will be receiving: 5 mobile units, 8 pagers, 3 repeaters, and 8 handheld radios.

**General Business** 

– There were no additional items for discussion.
