Approval of Previous Meeting Minutes
A motion was made by Doug to accept the minutes from the last meeting as read, which was seconded by Michell. The minutes were approved.
Treasurer’s Report
The treasurer reported a current bank balance of $11,424.21. We received about $105 in the past month. Raymond purchased new radios and got them programed.
Fire Chief’s Report
1 grass fire, Mutual aid Stockton.
General Business
Want to setup a email for Fire Chief
Doug will move some existing licenses around so it will not cost anything additional.
Need to move Mark off Treasurer and make Doug. Make Doug Signer on the Mid-Mo Bank account.
Mark Moved to Transfer Treasurer to Doug and Secretary to Michelle. Michelle 2nd. All in agreement.
Add Doug and Michelle to Safety deposit box at Mid-MO. Michelle Motioned, Mark 2nd. All in favor.
