At Fire Station #2

Eddie Johnson called the meeting to order.

Eddie Johnson, Mark Bradshaw, Michele Pate, and Sno White-Benson were present. We had a quorum

Sno moved that we accept the March meeting minutes. Michele seconded. Motion approved unanimously.

Mark gave the treasurers report. We received $597.07 in tax money since the last meeting. Mark also requested permission to pay off the Fire Master bill. Michele moved that we pay the bill. Sno seconded. Motion approved unanimously.

Raymond Heryford gave the Fire Chief report. The fire department responded to 6 grass fires and one mutual aid structural fire in Polk county.

Michele requested that Mark get her the amounts we spent on the budget categories last year so she can get the new budget ready for approval. Mark will provide those numbers before the next meeting.

There was no other business to discuss so Mark moved we adjourn. Michele seconded. Motion approved unanimously. Meeting adjourned.
