2. Roll call and recognition of quorum

3. Acceptance of last meeting minutes
   • Sno motioned, Doug 2^nd to accept. Unanimous
4. Treasurer’s report
   • Mark reported finances. $40903.95 in the bank
5. Fire Chief report
   • Raymond reported 1 mutual aid car crash and 1 brush fire.
   • Introduced 2 new assistant fire chiefs, David Diamond, Moroni Laub
   • Would like to get everyone CPR Certified. David talked to Royceann. She can teach a 4 Hour class. $65 per person. She can teach 8 but rather 6 per class.
     1. Doug motioned to pay for anyone that wants to get CRP Cirtified to pay for it. Sno 2^nd. All in agreement.
   • Raymon wanted to get some trucks serviced. We have a standing approval for that.
6. Budget
   • Michell presented a budget
7. Insurance renewal
   • WE looked at renewal info. We have some WC audits and other business Doug will file.
8. General Business
   • Doug will renew Fire Department Registration with Raymons Help.
